Notes:

The 1860, 1880, 1910 & 1930 Census has Ruth being born in 1852. The 1920 Census has Ruth born in 1855.

According to census records when they ask how many children, it states Ruth was the mother of 3 children with only 1 living. Also someone has added two children that passed when they were 1 year or younger on the family tree database on Family Search. There are no sources and there is not an entry for these two children in findagrave. Further research is necessary, if possible, to determine if they are the children of Henry and Ruth

According to the obituary on find a grave, Ruth was born in Fayette County, Indiana. Nowhere in all the research did I find her parents living in Fayette County, so I am assuming it is correct but if i find it is incorrect, I will set her birth place back to just Indiana.

Henry (son of Henry Dinius and Elizabeth Hensel) was born on 24 Nov 1843 in Ohio, United States; died on 10 Apr 1926 in Roanoke, Huntington, Indiana, United States; was buried on 12 Apr 1926 in Fort Wayne, Allen, Indiana, United States. Notes:

All Census Records, 1850 - 1880 has Eli being born in 1824. According to the 1880 Census, both of Eli's parents were born in Delaware. According to his death certificate his parents were both born in Ohio. However, Levi was definitely born in Delaware. It is unknown about Rachael his mother due to the fact that she died before 1850, so I am unable to determine weather the Ohio is correct or not. I believe I will go with what seems to be accurate.

Obituary:
The funeral of Eli Hatfield, who died Saturday morning at 2:30, was held from Wesley Chapel Sunday forenoon. Rev. S.C. Norris preached the funeral sermon and interment was made in the Chapel cemetery. (Mar. 2, 1900; Huntington Weekly Herald)

Notes:

The 1860 Census has Rosetta being born in 1826. Rosetta is still in the 1860 Census with her husband Eli and children. However, by the time the 1870 Census hits she is no longer living as her husband Eli has remarried. Most people have her passing between 1861 and 1870. However, Franklin was born in 1865 which makes him her son as he doesn't marry Elizabeth until the year 1870. So that means that Rosetta died between 1865 and 1870. It is possible that when she had Franklin that she died during childbirth, or it is even possible she contracted a disease between 1865 and 1870.
