In the 1900 Census he is listed as being born in August 1859. It depends on what record you look at weather Irving's name is spelled Irving or Irvin. On the marriage records his name is spelled Irving when he marries Mary Ross and its Irvin when he marries Katie Widner. The 1900 Census has his name spelled Irvin.
