    • It is assumed that the online trees are correct in that Nancy is the daughter of John and Rebecca. Her birthdate does coincide with the marriage of John and Rebecca as John married Rebecca in 1825. With Nancy's birth she would of been one of the first children born to John and Rebecca. I find it hard to believe that John and Rebecca waited 6 years before they had any children. If i could find Nancy's death certificate that listed her parents that would prove it. It appears that Nancy may have had more children that did not survive infancy. There is a gap of 8 years between Mary and Lelly. Most likely there was at least 2 or 3 children that were born between the years of 1850 and 1856 as it was not normal for a family to have that much of a age gap between children.

      Nancy is listed as being born in 1828 in the 1860, 1870,1880 & 1910 Census.
