The 1850 Census has Toliver being born in 1816.

According to the FindAGrave website Toliver Snelling's parents are Rev. Benjamin and Mary Sinclair Snelling. It also states that he died of tuberculosis.

Notes:

Some think that Elizabeth's last name is something different than Newland. However, when she was married to Toliver she was 18 years old. It does make it possible that Newland is a married name but not likely due to her age at marriage.
Her parents were married in Bath county, Kentucky. I know families did move around back then but clarke and bath counties of where they were born seems to not make sense to me.

In the 1880 Census Elizabeth is listed as being born in 1827.

According to the 1850 Census, Artamicia was born in Bath County, however, Bath County did not exist until 1811 and was formed from Montgomery County. So by knowing this, that is why I put Artamicia's birth as being Montgomery County and not Bath as it states in the 1850 census .
