The 1850 Census has Edmond being born in 1822. Although normally I go off of the death certificate because it is the most accurate, the tombstone clearly states Edmund's date of birth.
According to Edmund's death certificate, his father was Edmond Leach born in Virginia and Sarah Harrison born in Kentucky. However, the find a grave memorial for This Edmund Leach states that his father is William Leach. Further research is needed.Edmund married Emily Brewer before 1842.
