    The 1870 Census has Phoebe listed as Phoeba. The 1910 Census lists Phebe as being born in 1842. The 1920 Census lists Phoebe as being born in 1841. Although find a grave states Phebe as her name and that is what is on the grave stone, it just depends on what record you rely on. I am going with what find a grave states because her marriage record states that.

The last i checked a small child would not be the beginning, especially considering the parents are on the household before. The also have her indexed as Sarah Armstrong, which you can clearly see is a transcription error when you pull the actual document up.
