There is no way to get a death record for Henry as there was not a requirement for death records in 1862. | Gipe, Henry (I16779)

1868 | Age Variation: Henry is listed as being born in 1833 in the 1855 State Census, 1821 in the 1860 Census; he is listed as being born in 1832 in the New York, Town Clerks' Registers of Men Who Served in the Civil War military record; 1838 in the 1870, 1880 Census; 1838 in the 1875, 1892 State Census; March 1838 in the 1900 Census; 1836 in the 1905 State Census Birth Place Variation: Henry is listed as being born in New Jersey in the 1855, 1875 State Census, New York in the 1860, 1870 Census; New Jersey in the 1880 Census; 1892 he is listed as being born in the U.S. Last Name Variation: McKelleb is spelled McKelled in the 1855 State Census; McCaleb in the 1860 Census, McKelleb amd McKibbit in the Civil War Muster Roll Abstracts; Mc Kelleb in the 1880 Census; McKelobb in the 1892 State Census Military: When Henry enlisted he was put in as a Pvt, Company K, Regiment #3 Occupation: Henry is listed as being a Gate Keeper in the 1855 State Census; A Laborer in the 1860, 1870 Census; A Oil Apprentice in the 1875 Census; Contractor in the 1880 Census; A Farmer in the 1892 Census; A Farmer in the 1900 Census General Notes: In the 1880 Census, Henry's Father is listed as being born in Pennsylvania and his mother in New Hampshire. Although the 1910 Census states that both parents were born in New Jersey, i believe the 1880 Census recording is more accurate. Nancy M (9) born 1846 in Gates County, New York, & Mitchell (4) born in 1851 in Schuyler County, New York are listed with Henry's last name in 1855, listed with the last name of Hendrickson in the 1860 Census. Nancy is listed as being born in 1847 in the 1860 Census, Mithcell is listed as being born in 1850 in the 1860 Census. It is unclear if these two are actually Henry's children or not. Where Henry is in 1865 is unknown. Most likely he was in hiding as he had deserted the military. In 1905, Henry is living with his daughter Margaret and her family. By looking at the state census, you would think he is in the household before but he never had a daughter by the name of Stella M. I imagine what happened is the census taker asked who he was and his replied that he was Margaret's father. | McKelleb, Henry Edward (I11695)

They are too young to be their children. Who they belong to is unknown at this time. The children are: Mary b. 1863 in Ohio, Albert b. 1865 in Ohio, and William b. 1869 in Ohio. In 1880, they are listed as Jacob's grandchildren. There is another one that is living with Jacob in 1880 that is listed as a granddaughter. She is Elizabeth B. b. 1874 in Ohio. Upon further research, Mary, Albert and William are the children of David and Phebe. Phebe passed away in 1869. Most likely due to her pregnancy with William. It appears that the Elizabeth that is living with Jacob in the 1880 Census may also be David's daughter. However, she is listed in both households. One with her grandfather and one with her parents, David and Emma. In the one where she is in the household of her parents she is listed as being 5 and with the one where she is in the household of her grandfather, she is listed as being 6. | Rust, Jacob (I12682)
