In 1870 the name is spelled Thornberg, in 1880 the name is spelled Thornburg, and in 1900 the name is spelled Thornsburg. So it is upto the researchers discretion on how they put the last name. By conjecture, I think Henry and Theopelus may be brothers, but that will need furthur research to determine if my theory of them being family is correct. Although, in the census where the children from Ida on down states the date of census on July 18th, I am choosing to put the 15th since that is the date of the census for their parents.
