  Age Variation: Stephen is listed as being born in 1781 in the 1850 Census; 1780 in the 1860 Census Birthplace Variation: Stephen is listed as being born in Pennsylvania in the 1850 Census, Maryland in the 1860 Census. Occupation: Stephen is listed as a Farmer in the 1860 Census General Notes: Although the family tree on familysearch.org states that Stephen's parents were Jacob Kimes and Catherine Thompson, I am not recording as they didnt get married until 1780. It is possible that they had a child that early however, i need more proof than a family tree as this doesn't seem likely. For the children for Stephen and Elizabeth, I am only showing what I see in the census records as there is no documents to prove the other children. Marriage to Sarah: Supposedly Stephen married Sarah in 1805. I have not been able to prove this as of right now. Once I do I will document it, until such a time that i can I will leave it here because it does seem plausible, however I cannot prove it at this time.
