• Notes

  Frank's initial last name was Guins. However, he was the adopted son of Martin and Leah (Parrish) Stephens. He evidently took the last name of Stephens due to the fact that his death certificate states Stephens. In the 1870 Census he is listed as Frank Guins and in the 1880 Census he is listed as Franklin Stephens.
