  In the marriage license Lavina's last name is spelled McCormack. In the 1850 Census, Lavina is incorrectly recorded as Louisa instead of Lavina. The 1870 Census has Lavina being born in 1815 Found on Find A Grave: Source: 1883-1949 Hamilton County Binder in North Hamilton Library in Cicero, Indiana 1897 Lavina McCormick Martz Gravestone shows her as LEVINA Mrs. Lavina McCormick Martz, wife of Issac Martz, died at Arcadia Sunday Feb 14, 1897 age 80 years, 11 months and 18 days. Funeral services were held Tuesday at the residence of A.P. Orr, conducted by Rev. Conuer of Noblesville, and were very largely attended, many relatives and friends coming from aboard.
