  Age Variation: John is listed as being born in 1857 in the 1860,1870 . Although the death certificate states that John was born on March 8, 1857 the birth record states that he was born March 9, 1857. I choose to go with what the birth record states. Name Variation: John is listed as John F in the 1860,1870 Census. Although the birth certificate states Huston as the last name, the death certificate and stone state Hueston. The Hueston last name has been mis-spelled Huston through out the years. And although most of the records state F for his middle name, I am more inclined to go with the J as he is a Junior in his death certificate. The birth certificate looks like a J to me as well. The database for his marriage record also states the J as well. Need to get a copy of the marriage record as well to see exactly how it is.
