  The 1860 Census has Rosetta being born in 1826. Rosetta is still in the 1860 Census with her husband Eli and children. However, by the time the 1870 Census hits she is no longer living as her husband Eli has remarried. Most people have her passing between 1861 and 1870. However, Franklin was born in 1865 which makes him her son as he doesn't marry Elizabeth until the year 1870. So that means that Rosetta died between 1865 and 1870. It is possible that when she had Franklin that she died during childbirth, or it is even possible she contracted a disease between 1865 and 1870.
