Notes - Based on when Mathias married Margaret, it is assumed that William, Andrew, and Mary are Sarah's Children. However, in the 1860 Census we only find Elizabeth with her father and mother, or it could be I have the wrong census record for 1860.
According to the 1880 Census, Margaret was potentially married before she married Mathias. There are William P, John M and Hannah Preston living in the household and they are listed as step children. William P being born in 1862 in Kentucky, John M born in 1863 in Kentucky, and Hannah born in 1864. If the Marriage Record is correct on Margaret and Matthias, these cannot be his stepchildren by her. They were married in 1860. Or did he marry two Margaret's and the 1st one died? Doubtful.
