  William is not in the 1860 Census with his parents as he should be if he was born in 1859. The 1910 Census lists William as being born in 1858. Logansport Tribune SUNDAY MORNING, MAY 14, 1916 WELL KNOWN MAN DEAD. William Coble of Hopedale, died yesterday evening after a brief illness from tetanus. The news of his death came as a shock to his many friends in Carroll and White counties, few of whom had heard of his condition. Funeral services will be held Sunday at Hickory Grove. Mr. Coble was injured a -week ago by being run over by a load of corn which he was hauling to Idaville. He attempted to get down from the wagon to adjust the harness when the team started ahead again catching his ankle in the double tree, and throwing him under the wagon which passed lengthwise over one leg.
