• Notes

  Although the 1920 Census states Ohio as where Elisha was born, all other documentation states Indiana. On Elisha Adam's death certificate March is originally what was put as the month of death but, it was crossed out and April was put there. It is possible that he actually passed in March, however, I think it is more likely that he passed in April.
