And that he have the following hands to work under him, James Rankins, Harrison Harmon, Asa Saunders, and Stanfield Jones October 27th 1851: Exhibit A for Settlement Case Sarah Daring, along with husband John, and Martha A Harmon draws up an agreement with William and Green Harmon that the brothers would be reimbursed by sale of their father's land to payback Edward Callahan

Church, took the necessary oath with James Moren sectant, is granted him to celebrate the rite of matrimony to persons to him regularly applying November 7th 1856: Copy of Deed recorded from Daniel Harmon and Mary, his wife to E T/J Harmon FS - Barb Dwyer -Court records from Oct 1827- Aug 1840 Dec 1856 -Ordered that Joseph Roden be appointed overseer of the road from Martha Miller to Matthew Mills, from John Greggs to the intersection of the road from said Matthew Mills near Thos Harmans and that he have the following hands to work there on under him. Jno Gregg, James Gregg, Hiram Sanders, Simeon Harman, Wm. Arnold, Wm .Tribbey, Thos. Harman, Jacob Lawsonshands, Peter Mauzeys hands, Elijah Harmon, JasM.
