  1811, 1814 The 1870 Census, has the dwelling and family numbers on the incorrect line. The last i checked a small child would not be the beginning, especially considering the parents are on the household before. The also have her indexed as Sarah Armstrong, which you can clearly see is a transcription error when you pull the actual document up.
